The modern slab
A slab block of the modern movement: on pilotis or a plinth, with ribbon windows, a grid, loggias or a curtain wall, decks for streets in the air, and a flat, garden or vaulted roof.
The rules it illustrates
Streets in the air. Give high housing a deck every few floors, wide enough to be a street, on which front doors open and neighbours meet, and join the decks from block to block into a continuous network across the city.
